Mission 1 Lander
Multiple Google Lunar X-Prize clone-like rovers are delivered by a single lander.
The lander will "hop" around to deposit rovers, similar to an upside down "Candy" dispenser. File:Pez Rover deployment.jpg.

Specifications for the rovers
is this necessary with the lander dropping multiple 'rovers'
webcams are cheap, the data may be expensive though. height for a perspective ? pan, tilt, optical zoom ?
Do we assuming short range communications relayed through the hopper ? The advantage of a hopper is to fly over the horizon, perhaps a mesh-comm network ?
may require RTGs just to survive.
